I have designed this to lift, tighten, round and grow the glutes. This program should be done 3 times a week with necessary days of rest in between to ensure proper recovery to maximize growth. Grow the Booty vol. 1 is a 6 week plan primarily targeting the glutes, but other muscles such as quads and hamstrings will be engaged at times also. Follow the plan exactly, and following a proper diet will ensure success with this program.
