This is a 6 week program that targets every muscle group. I break it into 2 upper body days, two lower body, 1 full body/hiit day and 1 hiit day. The entire workout should take you 45-1 hour. You can do this program in the comfort of your home or at the gym. The goal is to get toned arms and legs while rounding that booty and flattening that tummy!
